Returns & Exchanges
Any problems with orders or product must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the ship date.
There is no exception to our 30-day policy.
All returns must be authorized prior to sending any product(s) back to Hat Monster by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@hatmonster.com. Please let customer service know the reason for the return and if you are requesting a replacement. If a credit is due, it will be issued after the return has been received, inspected, and deemed reasonable.
All returns must be shipped back to us in the same manner in
which they were shipped to you. Please
have all hats bagged and in appropriate sized packaging. Product arriving to us damaged due to
shipping from you to us will not be credited.
Orders refused or returned without written authorization are
subject to a restocking fee and a handling charge.
