How can I track my order?

At this time you may only track packages sent through UPS. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to the tracking information once your place the order or you can log into your account and look up the order you wish to track.

How quickly will my order ship from your warehouse?

Please allow 2 to 3 business days once the order has been received, but many times the order will ship the same day.

Can you mail me a catalog?

At this time, Hat Monster does not produce a printed catalog. Our complete selection of merchandise is available online at HatMonster.com

How do I return an item?

You are required to have a Return Authorization number with each return. Please contact customer service at customerservice@hatmonster.com and we will provide you with this number.

How do I exchange an item?

Contact customer service at customerservice@hatmonster.com to process the exchange. Please have your email confirmation handy for product information.

How do I cancel my order?

Since it is possible for an order to ship the same day you place the order, you need to email Customer Service right away if you need to cancel an order. If the order ships before we receive a request to cancel it, you may still be responsible for shipping charges.

How do I change my order?

Since it is possible for an order to ship the same day you place the order, you need to email Customer Service right away if you need to change an order. If the order ships before we receive a request to change it, you will have to go through the process of exchanging it or simply place another order to add something you forgot.

How do I change the address on my order?

You will need to contact Customer Service at customerservice@hatmonster.comas soon as possible to change the address on an order.

Which methods of payment will you accept?

We accept all major credit card payments including Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. (We are currently having issues accepting AMEX, so we have temporarily removed it from the list of credit card options. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.)

Which shipping methods are available to me?

We ship everything through United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). (P.O. Boxes, APO’s and FPO’s can only ship through USPS). Tracking numbers are only available with UPS.

What if I forget my password?

You can click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link to have it emailed to you.

How do I know the right size?

Just click on the link called "Size Chart" and you will be able to translate the measurement of your head into the appropriate hat size.

Is the item I want to purchase currently in stock?

Our site is designed to only show size options of the hats that we have in stock. There is always the risk that customers place orders simultaneously, which would result in us running out of stock before we can fill each order.
